We are making the most of the few summer days we have left. Can you believe that summer is almost over? Life seems to pass so quickly!
The truth is that we cannot complain. Our summer has been very busy and fun. We had a wonderful family vacation, visited museums, enjoyed the pool and went to parks. Not bad … right?
But every time we to go out with the kids, and like any other family with young children, snacks are very important for us. They have to be healthy, mess-free, and easy to “grab & go”. No kidding. I always have to have something handy for them to eat. Even if we’re just going for a quick trip to the grocery store I grab something. I learned this lesson the hard way long ago. So when Frusion invited me to try their new product: Frusion Go Wild! Smoothies I was super on board. Besides, smoothies are among the few things my kids eat without protest.
So without thinking twice we packed some snacks and went to explore our wild side. Yeap … believe it or not for a “city-family” visit a farm is an absolute adventure. Well okay … not literally “wild”, but if you add to the equation two toddlers the ride may become wild at moments LOL.
The kids had a blast!
We saw cows, horses, pigs, rabbits, chickens, goats etc. but undoubtedly this cute and friendly little sheep was the star of the day. The kids fed and pet her, and she accepted being pampered without putting up any resistance.
Another thing that children enjoyed was riding on these small “tractors”, as they called them.
After so many activities and discoveries children were tired and hungry. So we looked for a table, we sat down to rest and the kids enjoyed a delicious snack.
They loved the Go Wild! flavors! I am so in love with this product. First, they offer 2X the calcium than the leading kids’ smoothie, and no artificial colors, flavors, sweeteners or high-fructose corn syrup. Second, they’re gluten-free! And as if this were not enough, they’re also 25% larger than the leading kids’ smoothie, which is great because my kids can stay full and alert longer, and even if they don’t finish it, the bottle comes with resealable cap so I can easily save for later.
These will be for sure a big hit as part of school lunches too!
