Every time I made it, my family devoured every single bite. It always makes me smile when my hungry ones reach for seconds [wink wink]
This Turkey Sausage Alfredo Lasagna is supremely easy to make and incredibly flavorful! Plus, It’s heaven for true cheese lovers out there.
Loaded with Turkey sausage, roasted peppers, and spinach, this lasagna is creamy, super cheesy, and absolutely delicious. Of course. That combination simply can’t be wrong.
I used our favorite all-natural Jennie-O Turkey sausage, which I LOVE because it contains less fat than regular pork sausage and has so much flavor.
The ingredients are simple, you probably have them in your refrigerator and pantry right now. All you need is just 35 minutes, and you can enjoy this wonderful lasagna to die for.

Turkey Sausage Alfredo Lasagna
Ingredients
- 9 dried lasagna noodles
- 1 tablespoon olive oil
- 1 Roll Jennie-O Turkey Sausage
- 1 cup onion, chopped
- 1 cup bottled roasted red peppers, drained and chopped
- 2 garlic gloves, minced
- 1 (10 oz) package frozen chopped spinach, thawed and well drained
- 2 cups heavy cream
- ½ cup butter (1 stick)
- 1 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 4 oz cream cheese
- 2 cups shredded Italian blend cheese
- 1 cup shredded mozzarella cheese
- Cherry tomatoes, halved (optional)
- Fresh Basil to garnish (optional)
Instructions
- Cook noodles according to package directions. Drain; rinse with cold water; drain again. Set aside.
- Preheat oven to 350º F.
- Heat olive oil in a skillet over medium heat. Add turkey sausage roll; cook and crumble until no longer pink, about 3 – 5 minutes. Add onion, roasted peppers, garlic, and spinach; mix and cook for 2 minutes. Add heavy cream and butter; mix until incorporated. Add parmesan cheese and cream cheese; cook until well combined. Taste and add salt and/or black pepper to taste. Remove mixture from heat. Set aside.
- Lightly coat a 13×9-inch baking dish with nonstick cooking spray.
- Arrange 3 noodles in the bottom of the dish. Top with one-third sausage mixture and Italian blend cheese. Repeat layers twice. Cover; bake for 20 to 25 minutes, or until heated through. Uncover; sprinkle with mozzarella cheese. Broil, uncovered, 3 minutes or until cheese is melted.
- Let stand 5 minutes before serving. Garnish with cherry tomatoes and basil, if desired. Serve.
