Watermelon Summer Splash Cocktail

Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 oz tequila
  • 3 oz Sutter Home Moscato
  • 1/4 cup fresh watermelon juice
  • 1 1/2 teaspoon agave
  • Ice
  • slices Lime to garnish optional
  • Kosher or Himalayan salt for rimming the glass I used Himalayan salt, optional

Instructions

  1. Add tequila, Moscato, watermelon juice, and agave to a cocktail shaker filled with ice, shake well. Taste, and if you would like it to be sweeter, stir in 1/2 teaspoon more of agave until the mix reaches your desired level of sweetness. 

  2. Shake and strain into glasses.

  3. To rim the glass with salt just rub the outside rim of the glass with a cut lime and dip glass lightly into a plate of kosher salt.
  4. Serve immediately, garnished with lime slices if desired.
