Ingredients

  • 2 slices Pumpkin Pie leftovers (about 1/8th)
  • 1/2 cup vanilla bean ice cream
  • 1/4 cup milk
  • 1 oz Pumpkin Pie Cream Liqueur or more to taste (optional)
  • Whipped cream for topping

Instructions

  • Place pie, ice cream, milk and pumpkin liqueur, if using, in a blender. Blend until smooth.
  • Pour into shot glasses.
  • Top with whipped cream just before serving.
