Instructions
Using a muddler or a wooden spoon, lightly crush lime wedges, passion fruit pulp, and sugar in a mixing glass or bowl to release juice.

Garnish with mint leaves, if desired. Serve immediately.
Notes
Regular Plain Vodka: You can also use plain vodka to make this cocktail. In this case, I recommend mixing adding 1/2 cup of passion fruit juice with 1/4 cup of plain vodka, and then adding the passion fruit pulp. Of course, you can adjust the quantities according to your liking. Passion Fruit: To get the pulp out of the passion fruit, cut them in half, and then with a spoon, scoop out the passion fruit pulp and place it in a bowl. The seeds are edible. Make a Pitcher: For a pitcher use, 4 - 5 limes (cut into wedges), 4 - 5 tablespoons of sugar, 12 oz passion fruit pulp (or more to taste), 2 cups (480 ml) passion fruit juice, 1 cup (240 ml) vodka (or more to taste), 10-12 leaves of fresh mint. When ready to serve, pour over ice-filled glasses.★ Did you make this recipe? Don’t forget to give it a star rating below!
