Dulce de Leche Chocolate Bark

Who can resist this Dulce de Leche Chocolate Bark? Velvety chocolate with nuts, pretzels, and topped with popcorn and dulce de leche chocolate. An award-worthy snack!!

Ingredients

  • 16 oz dark chocolate
  • 1/2 cup pretzels
  • 1/2 cup roasted and salty pistachios
  • 1/2 cup roasted and salty almonds, whole
  • 1 cup popped popcorn, or more to taste
  • 1 1/2 oz Dulcey Blond Chocolate melted, see notes

Instructions

  • Line a 9x13 baking sheet with parchment paper.
  • Melt chocolate in the microwave.
  • Stir pretzels, pistachios, and almonds into chocolate. Stir until well combined.
  • Pour mixture in the prepared baking sheet, spreading chocolate into an even layer. Sprinkle popcorn over the top, pressing it down lightly into the chocolate.
  • Drizzle Dulcey Blond chocolate over the top of the popcorn.
  • Refrigerate until firm.
  • Using a sharp knife cut bark into pieces, as small or large as you would like.
  • Store in a sealed container at room temperature.
