Ingredients

  • 1 cup long grain white rice uncooked
  • 1 1/2 cups water
  • 3/4 cup chicken cooked
  • 1/2 cup green peas frozen
  • 1/4 cup bell green pepper chopped
  • 1/4 cup onion chopped
  • 1 teaspoon ground cumin
  • 1 teaspoon ground coriander

Instructions

  • Place all ingredients into a rice cooker or covered medium saucepan and cook at medium low heat until done, about 25 minutes.
  • Serve hot.
