I LOVE one pot meals. They are so convenient, easy to make, and always delicious. One-Pot meals fascinate me in so many ways. First of all, the only thing I have to do is toss all ingredients in one pan and let them sizzle! And if that wasn’t enough they require hardly any clean up. It seriously doesn’t get any better than this.
As I mentioned before, alli® invited me to try some of their recipes. They have a very large variety to choose from but when I saw Arroz con Pollo I knew that the dish had to be on my list to try.
Arroz con Pollo is literally translated to Rice and Chicken in Spanish. This dish is very popular in Latin America. However, each country has their own variation. But In my opinion, no matter what or where … it’s always delicious!
